As I’ve been diving deeper into the world of home coffee roasting – from melting my Poppo cap (and getting a kind replacement from Sweet Maria’s!) to dialing in my Baratza Virtuoso+ grinder – one thing has become incredibly clear: this community is amazing! The support, shared knowledge, and sheer passion I’ve encountered in various online spaces have been invaluable.
